Drake Landing, Okotoks is a beautiful setting, situated on a ridge overlooking the Sheep River valley, with some homes having fantastic views of the Rocky Mountains and foothills. The community offers parks and pathways, along with naturalized pond areas and easy access to the off leash dog park. The community is within walking distance of the Okotoks Dawgs Baseball Stadium. Neighbourhood shops and services are close by along with schools and sports fields.

There is a mix of home styles in Drake Landing from single family detached, attached homes/villas, town homes to high end homes. Building in Drake Landing began in 2005 and today, is nearing completion.

Drake landing Solar Community consists of 52 homes and is the first of its kind in North America. The energy for these homes is captured by solar panels and stored underground for later use in winter for heating.
